*Media package is required for the duration of each rental*
All media packages include the following:

Visuals: Use of the four digital screens (entrance, concessions, theater screen and ticker).

Audio: Use of microphones and the PA & sound system (covers entire venue, not just the theater).

Lighting: Customizable lighting schemes that illuminate both the lobby walls and entire theater.

Working meetings with the tech team to assist in pre-event questions and planning.

Setup of in-house furniture according to the agreed upon floorplan.
Packages vary based on add-on services & number of technicians required:

Package A: Our streamlined package, offering basic A/V needs (PPT presentation, background music, simple lighting).

Package B: Above inclusions, plus one of the following: livestreaming and/or recording, band/musical performance(s), DJ setup, theatrical performances. This list is non-exhaustive.
