Sitting on the town line between Boston and Brookline, we are steps from Agganis Arena, directly across from the Amory Street stop on the B Green line and close to local eateries and shopping.

When you book with WBUR CitySpace, our home becomes yours. Use of entire space, including: lobby, theater, green room, concessions and catering kitchen is all available to you. You also gain access to high-quality audio-visual equipment, catering and furniture rental coordination, highspeed Wi-Fi access, and a dedicated skilled team.
Use of our in-house furniture is also included at no additional cost. In-house furniture includes:
260 red theater chairs (for theater set-up use only)
6 stage chairs and side tables
6 high-top cocktail tables
13 6-ft rectangular folding tables
2 4-ft rectangular folding tables

Agganis Arena is right across Commonwealth Avenue from CitySpace, with over 1,000 spaces available. Open at 7am and closing at 11pm, rates range from $10 - $25.
Metered parking is available on Commonwealth Avenue, and on a variety of side streets in Brookline (CitySpace sits in the town line for Boston and Brookline).

As part of the event contracting and planning process, there is a lead time requirement of at least 8 weeks. Lead time refers to the time between the event request submission and the event date.
*Requests with a shorter lead time may be considered. This will be subject to additional fees.
Catering on the Charles, Boston University's in-house provider, frequently provides food and beverage service for CitySpace events. COTC is well-versed in the space and offers everyday selections like boxed lunches, to VIP menus for elevated experiences, to carefully creative Kosher options.
This list represents external caterers who have a working knowledge of the venue and a history of well-received events at CitySpace. We recommend any of the businesses listed, though you are welcome to choose any licensed, permitted and fully insured caterer for food service.
All bar service must be provided through Catering On The Charles, the liquor license holder for this location.
